Conservation Tax Credit Transfer (CTCT) was founded in 2000 – the same year Colorado passed legislation creating the conservation easement tax credit transfer and sale program. CTCT facilitated one of the first conservation tax credit transfers in the state and has since completed thousands of successful transactions, helping landowners achieve their conservation and financial goals and helping corporations and individuals reduce taxes while protecting Colorado’s important land and water.
