Since joining the company in 2009 and taking ownership in 2015, Jody has become a recognized authority in conservation easements and tax credit transfers, trusted by landowners, corporations and individuals alike. With more than 33 years of experience in business, commercial real estate and conservation tax credit transactions, Jody brings unmatched expertise. Jody is also a Realtor with Keller Williams Foothills Realty, LLC in Conifer, Colorado.
Jody lives on a small ranch near Conifer with her husband and animals. She’s passionate about land stewardship and increasing the quality of the soil on their pastures. Outside of work, Jody loves being outside on their land, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing or playing tennis.

Conservation Projects Manager
Sam Soden is the Conservation Projects Manager, where he oversees conservation projects with a focus on thorough, hands-on client support. Known for his personable service and attention to detail, Sam helps landowners and credit buyers navigate the tax credit transaction, providing the clarify, care and guidance needed to make informed decisions.
With a dual focus on conservation and real estate, Sam is also a licensed real estate broker with Keller Williams Foothills Realty, LLC in Conifer, Colorado.
Sam lives with his wife, dogs and flock of chickens in Conifer. His love for the mountains, the outdoors and spending quality time with family brought him back to the region and continues to shape his life. Outside of work you’ll find him playing hockey, or enjoying the natural beauty that fuels his dedication to conservation.
