Jody Barbour
Principal
Jody Barbour is the owner of CTCT. She joined CTCT in 2009. Jody has over 22 years of experience in business and commercial real estate transactions. She has extensive experience in various areas of real estate, transactional law, and environmental law. Jody served on the Division of Real Estate’s Appraisal Update Course Task Force to establish the curriculum for the Division’s mandatory Conservation Easement Appraiser Update Course and served on the rulemaking task force for the implementation of Senate Bill 13-221. She attended the University of Cincinnati and earned her degree in Business and Paralegal Studies. Prior to joining Conservation Tax Credit Transfer, LLC, Jody was a senior commercial real estate paralegal with Isaacson Rosenbaum P.C. in Denver.

Sam Soden
Conservation Projects Manager
Sam Soden began working for Conservation Tax Credit Transfer in January 2022 as Conservation Project Manager. Sam graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, majoring in Business Management, where he also obtained his real estate license and practiced throughout his university career. Sam spent the past 4 years in Barrie, Ontario, Canada as the General Manager of an HVAC manufacturing facility before his passion and enthusiasm for the mountains and the outdoors brought him back to Conifer, Colorado where he lives with his wife, two dogs, and chickens. While also fulfilling his role with CTCT he is now a licensed real estate agent in the state of Colorado. Sam enjoys playing hockey, fishing, and spending time outdoors.
